How do I install Joomla template into my joomla site?, Posted Tue Jul 06, 2010 12:33 am

It's not that I can't find the installers. They are not there!
Inside my 'Installers' drop down menu, there's only three things—components, modules & manbots. There is no such things as 'Templates - Site' or 'Template - Admin or 'Language'.
The 'Site' drop down menu doesn't have a 'Template Manager'.
